Neighbourhood Plan development involves colts of people getting together and talking, discussing, and agreement, so Covid-19 could be a big barrier to progress! But it doesn’t mean stopping, as a lot can be done by other methods of communication, and the delays involved give the opportunity to improve research and polish up the work already done.
